Imagine if you could have more time in your day, what would that look like? Would you be able to achieve more at work, spend more quality time with family and friends, enjoy being active and outdoors in the fresh air, cook more, read more, travel more? The list is endless, and unfortunately unless you are Doc Brown from Back to the Future it’s unlikely we can create extra time.

Only that’s exactly what we did whilst working with a recent client, Cambridge Bioscience, a leading UK based distributor of cutting-edge life science research products. The brief was a classic software project where a new system was needed to improve inefficiencies. SalesForce.com was being used to manage 500,000 products and 11,000,000 price variants, tasks were inefficient and swallowing time that could be better used on other business projects. Green Custard’s knowledge and experience of SalesForce and it’s API’s as well as data migration complexities meant a reliable and easy to use system was delivered to the client which turned tasks that took days into tasks that took minutes.

Some projects result in a beautiful looking app or website that you can admire and other projects require backend software solutions that no one external will see but will create seamless processes that just work and people accept that’s the way it works and move on to their next task. But that ability to appear effortless is really a thing of beauty.
